My experience was long, but well worth the time spent on the phone with my agent. He saved me quite a bit of money as I was moving from one state to another and helped me get everything ready for my new home.
The whole process of getting new insurance went extremely well. Toni Petroro was very helpful in the process. Everything was explained well. She was great in the whole process!
Very professional. I was not aware of how easy it was to have the Elite Group find the right insurance company to cover my new home. They gave me the right coverage I was looking for at a competitive price. They also contacted my mortgage lender to have my premium included in my monthly mortgage payment prior to closing. Did not have to pay any money up front. It will all be taken care of at closing. Just e signed a couple of documents and done. Easy!

Edward understood my challenges and priorities. He sold me insurance by finding a policy with a good insurer at a fair value. I believe he made the extra effort to fashion a policy with the insurer at a lower price with all the same protections.
He was wonderful very helpful and I insured myself a bit more,which should have been with other company. Homeowners was much cheaper! Thanks so much
