After speaking with a few insurance agents from other companies, it was a relief to finally connect to Caitlen, who first of all has a pleasant voice…sentences weren't laced with…um's and ah's. She listened…knew what I needed and it was done in a matter of minutes, instead of, "I'll get back to you tomorrow". She responded in a timely manner. I had some last minute changes that I threw at her and she resolved them within minutes. It was a good experience from the start.
