Their eyebrow palette/kit is amazing! It has a cream/gel on one side and a powder on the other. There isn't much of a shade range like the other products, but I haven't had a problem with it. The little brush that comes with it is angled on one side and the other side is fluffier for blending. I have said goodbye to brow pencils forever!
This product is very cool and helpful. I use this and i suggest my all friend and Family. I know if one time people use this so, they love and permanent use this product.

The site is fairly easy to use (but at times you do need to clear cache for it to work properly, thus the 4/5 rating). The customer service is fairly average, response rate (when connected) isn't too long but could be faster. Checkout is secured and the site's connection is secured. The products are amazing! A lot (if not all) of their products are non-acne causing (a lot of cheap brands' products do cause acne) and at very cheap/fair price.
I haven't used used the product because it is not available in my country but i trust it is amazing and really hope on getting some.
I've never used elf products just an eyeliner and honestly I have no problems with the cosmetic or the product to me everything looks really good and I'll love to try it one day

I love elf, it's cheap and good, I love the bronzer and the setting powder, I gave them una star less because I don't like the foundation and the corrector that come in a lip gloss tube, it sucks
This cosmetic company is one of the best. I started recently placing orders online ELF.com regularly because I love their products and what I wanted I could never found in the stores. I've placed 4 orders thus far and I receive my orders fast and never a problem. In fact they thought a shipment did not arrive fast enough and sent me codes for free shipping and 10.00 off 20.00 on my next order and I never complained that the shipment was late. When I spoke to Customer Service they we're so pleasant and helpful. Did I mention they have online rewards that build quickly for free items? I recommend this company ELF.com ( Eyes, Lip Face).

I placed an order online on May 22. On May 25, I received an email saying that the items had shipped. I tried to track the order for several days to no avail. I contacted customer support, they asked me to wait 2 more days. Then I contacted customer support again and received the same response, wait 2 more days because they were having a problem with their carrier. Finally, I asked for a refund or a replacement to be sent because clearly the package was never sent or lost. ELF refused and said that the order was shipped despite fedex, their carrier not having any record of the shipment. DO NOT BUY ONLINE.
I love the colours palet i would like to buy the latest product from this brand. And i hope this brand will launch the new kind of cosmetic and colouful colours
