I entered one address for delivery and one address for billing.
As soon as I entered the billing address, it automatically changed the delivery address to that billing address. I amended it, but when I placed my order, I saw the 2 address were the same! The item won't be delivered to where I live at all, so I won't get it. I informed customer services as soon as I saw this and they just said you gave that address. Nothing more. No help, nothing.

I'm going through review sites for elevatestyles.com and I do notice the same person making the same complaint because they want their voice heard. Understandable. I do notice that elevate styles responds to them with the exact same response on each different site which, initially, I thought was a positive thing. It showed me that the company was staying on top of their customer service. But when I noticed they used the same response for other complaints, it concerned me. I was happy to see lots of positive reviews but then I noticed they are all on the same day and by the same people on each site. Some sites use different usernames but the positive reviews are still in large quantities in one day. The likelihood of having that many satisfied customers write that many reviews on so many sites seems low and makes it look suspicious. I fear that elevate styles has people on their end writing fake reviews to try and offset the real reviews which happen to be negative. And, let's be honest with ourselves, how often do people write reviews when they're satisfied? They usually only go online to discuss their misfortunes and upsets so I'm wondering how many real buyers (not elevate style bots) have had a positive encounter with this company?

I WROTE A REVIEW ON THEIR SITE AND IT WAS DELETED, BECAUSE IT WASN'T FAVORABLE. I ORDERED A BLACK WIG AND THEY SENT ME A BROWN WIG. I TRIED TO GET RESOLUTION AND GOT THE RUN A ROUND WHEN I TRIED TO GET ASSISTANCE WITH RETURNING IT THEY REFUSED TO LET ME SPEAK WITH A MANAGER AND INSISTED I SEND THEM A PICTURE OF THE WIG TO CONFIRM THAT IT WAS THE WRONG COLOR, WHICH I DID. THEY REPLIED TO MY EMAIL BY SAYING THEY DON'T GUARANTEE COLOR OR QUALITY - SO BASICALLY I CAN ORDER A BLACK WIG AND THEY CAN SEND YOU A RED WIG AND IT'S JUST WHATEVER. I ASKED WHERE IT SAID ON THEIR WEBSITE THAT THEY DON'T GUARANTEE COLOR OR QUALITY AND THEY SENT ME A LINK AND IT DOES NOT STATE THIS ANYWHERE ON THEIR SITE. FINALLY THE PERSON ON THE PHONE STATED THEY WOULD REFUND MY MONEY. THIS WAS AFTER 4 PHONE CALLS AND BEING ON HOLD THE LAST TIME FOR OVER 20 MINUTES TRYING TO REACH A MANAGER. THEY INITIALLY SENT ME AN EMAIL WITH A RETURN LABEL TO RETURN THE WIG, THEN I WAS TOLD DON'T WORRY ABOUT RETURNING THE WIG JUST KEEP IT AND WE'LL REFUND YOUR MONEY (GOT THIS VIA EMAIL) SO I DIDN'T PRINT OUT THE RETURN LABEL. THEN BECAUSE I WROTE A BAD REVIEW THEY DECIDED THEY WILL NOT REFUND MY MONEY UNTIL I RETURN THE WIG, NO PROBLEM I TRY TO PRINT OUT THE RETURN LABEL AND IT WON'T WORK, I EMAIL THEM AND THEY NOW SAY WE WILL NOT SEND YOU ANOTHER RETURN LABEL I HAVE TO PAY TO HAVE THE WIG SHIPPED BACK. I IMPLORE ANYONE CONSIDERING ORDERING WIGS/EXTENSIONS ONLINE DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS HORRIBLE COMPANY.

Ordered on Tuesday and received on Thursday. The Red is the perfect red, i love the style and the feel of the hair. Lightweight wig and is gorgeous on me. I haven't wore a wig in years but i am definitely going to order another style to give my hair a break. Gorgeous wig. Love it!

I've received wigs and lace front units from Elevate Styles for quite some time. There service is awesome. They have a large selection of full wigs, lace fronts, full lace wigs, wefts and beauty supply items. The shipping and communication is steller when ordering. Shipping on average takes 2-3 days at no additional charge, so if it ships Mondays you can receive it as early as Wed. The only thing that Ive experienced that could use some improvement is there's times when the common colors 1b, 2,4 etc are not in stock. Like most businesses stock runs low or runs out, but this can be disappointing when you're ready to order and the traditional hair colors arent in stock. Other than that ElevateStyles is a quality online supplier of wigs and beauty supply items

I'm honestly shocked that this Mike F from elevate style would outright lie about what transpired. There was never a conversation between me and Elevate styles. They flat out denied my request for a refund because I didn't follow the return process. For the record, these guys contacted me off line and offered a partial refund if I remove the "negative" review. The only way I'll stop sharing my experience us if I get a full refund. Sorry Elevate styles. You took my hard- earned $$$ and I'll keep sharing my experience till the end of time.
