The last 2 purchases, it was too small and I had to make adjustments. The new purchase, I have not worn yet but will check it out.

I saw a review for this wig from tiara Nevada and I loved it. I wanted that style but didn't have much to spend. For the money I spent I got a great style that will definitely last. A bit a shedding but nothing crazy.

It's soft and good quality for synthetic hair... It tangled and sheds a little bit but I still love it

I had no problems with my order and it came pretty quickly.

I was not satisfied with the tracking number place on my order. Every time i would try to track my package the carrier does not recognize the shipping number. So i gave three stars not that i was not satisfied just thought that these pieces of information should be on par, it was a bit sloppy for me. In my opinion.

From the ordering process to the day and how quickly the package came; it was perfect. The hair that I bought matches my curl pattern perfectly.

Friendlier customer service when you call the 800#

I am truly dissapointed that its been a week since I've placed my order without it being shipped. I've sent three emails with no response and the contact number on the website does not work. I have also realized that there its no cancellation button and I would like cancel my order and obtain a refund.

Will not recommend!

I will be making more purchases from ES. This was my first purchase with ES. I've ordered from other sites because I wear units quite often. I'm mostly impressed with delivery. Haven't yet worn my unit but will be giving a review once I have. Thanks ES my new go to for units.

I received a wig that I did not order and some of the items I did order was not included. On the receipt, it was checked off as if all items were in the package but not so. Need to have systems to make sure orders are correct. The items that I did receive were great, but my overall rating is low due to errors in the order.

Love love the hair it's so so beautiful.
And shipping was very fast.
