The delivering of the package is good but I was disappointed with the color. I ordered 99j but when I received package the hair color looked like I ordered dark colors even though it said 99J on it.
To Simply put it my order was not correct, to rectify the issue customer service had me to take pictures of what I received and email them. The speedy response to the email was appreciated. Elevated Style ship the correct product with in 24 hrs and also sent a self-addressed envelope along with a gift tote.
