This phone is scratched and not in NEW condition. Camera takes terrible pictures. Took a long time to ship to me. Not what I thought. Highly disappointed
THEY SHIPPED THE WRONG PHONE. THE PHONE THEY SENT WAS USED, NOT NEW. THE PHONE THEY SHIPPED STILL HAD PHOTOS AND MUSIC FROM A PERVIOUS OWNER. THE PHONE THEY SHIPPED HAD A SPACE BAR ON QWERTY KEY BOARD THAT DID NOT WORK. THE ITEM SHIPPED 12/26/17 AND WAS DELIVERED 1/12/18. I ORDERED THE SAME PHONE FROM A DIFFERENT SITE, AND RECEIVED A BRAND NEW PHONE IN 4 DAYS, AND FOR LESS MONEY. I WOULD NEVER ORDER ANYTHING FROM ELECTRONICSFORCE.COM. THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS TERRIBLE.

Bought a S6 Factory Unlocked for my aunt, personally hate Samsung phones love iOS and other Android Phones anyway phone had battery issues at first but that was fixed but around December/Jan noticed it wasn't unlocked as it was from AT&T (Based on AT&T from the back) emailed them for help 4 days later promised and emailed the unlock code. Honestly this site and their support for great so nothing should go wrong at all and the prices could be lower than others. Worst case scenario if everything goes wrong you can always call your bank.
Quick and easy, but I totally missed the cost of the phone and had to go back to insure I was checking out right. It was my mistake and not yours so everything is good.

So far the order process was smooth. I would have been much happier if the phone had NOT been pre programmed with AT&T. I would not have purchased it.
Paid $230 for a $300 phone so i was expecting the phone to be a little beat up since it did say the phone was refurbished. I choose free shipping which said 10-14 day and my phone came in 8days so not bad. The phone was also in great condition very light and very few light scratches on the back of the phone but nothing on the screen. Really happy i ordered through this site.

I noticed that they had a physical location not too far from where i live. I was in a rush so i stopped in on my way home one day, nice place with solid staff. Got the phone I was looking for at the right price so that was pretty convinient
It's all good as long as this phone is brand new in the box!

I decided i needed to get a seperate phone for work because i didnt like giving out my personal number to so many people. Gave these guys a call and after a few minutes the man on the line said i could get a phone with 2 sim card slots so i can have one phone with 2 numbers! So happy i called these guys and decided to use them.
Product had been opened or was not new and the sim card sleeve was broken.
