I saw the free shipping message but only at checkout saw the 10-14 days. Yuck!
We actually received the delivery the NEXT DAY. However, it was shouted to the wrong address. Luckily, I was able to find someone to deliver it to the right place for me.
I can't really say how likely i am to recommend the site or use it again as i have yet to receive the item i ordered nor have i received a confirmation of the order... not happy with that at all. I certainly hope to receive an invoice and confirmation as well as tracking when available. This is a problem for me and makes me suspicious.
After asking I did receive an email with shipping information after it was shipped and it did arrive on time but the communication could definitely be improved! The product is good although on the site i did not see a notice that it was refurbished my provider told me it was based on the sim card. Still a good product at a good price!
The item I received is outdated and doesn't work well, I would appreciate a full refund

Replacing previous Pantech C-740 after nine years of use! Great phone. Only disappointment was the long delivery time. On-line shows ten to fourteen days but when I called I was told that those were business days which was not specified. Big difference. Overall a good experience!
The product was not listed on the website as being used or refurbished. The phone I received was obviously used and the back panel and battery was broken.
When I had got it it had scratches on the back and there where stains on the keyboard

I bought a Motorola RAZR FLIP PHONE! I didn't think they were still available. Now I can take my Samsung J3 out to the desert and use it for target practice.
Delivery was s little slow, but was not a problem.
I wanted an HTC Bolt but couldn't find it on your website. Partly, I did not have enough information. I did not know a sim card was required, and obtained from the service provider. I had not purchased a phone in 2+ years and did not research before I ordered the phone. I did not see that information on a website in the places I did look.
I knew there was a re-shelving fee, but electronicsforce kept $70 dollars -- isn't that a bit much?

So many issues with my order... long story short, took a month from my submitting my order to getting a phone that worked properly.
CALLED FIRST VERY HELPFUL ANSWERD ALL MY QUESTIONS the case and chargers i purchased as extras not the best qualitycheapely made kind of a dissappiontment. Would only purchase a phone agian not any of the extras offered
