Phone was as advertised, but the shipping got really screwed up and it took two weeks for me to receive the phone. Customer service seemed disorganized and gave me the wrong tracking number and actually never sent the phone out until a week after they processed my order.
Brought the phone for my brother as a gift,however he had issues getting the phone to work due not having a PIN number.However I did call customer Service and got the PIN number and the phone works perfectly.I did not like the idea when I ordered the phone to be delivered to my brother's house in Washington DC,I was told I couldn't do this,very disappointed because I had the phone shipped to me and then I had to go the Post Office to ship the phone to him in Washington DC.

Terrible customer service and shipping. I would not recommend at all. I emailed them asking for status or order after phone didn't turn up after paying for 2 day shipping and credit card was charged first day. They sent me a link to tracking number, it said package acceptance pending. I asked for explanation, they said they would look into it and if it didn't arrive by Monday they would overnight another one. It's now Wednesday, they claim I typed the zip code wrong! Its the same as my billing address and they just sent out today, not even overnighted. Terrible!

We had some tracking number confusion but Melvin went the extra mile to make it right. The phone I received was not in original box. Regardless, it was never used (overstock) and works great. Fantastic price and the phone I wanted. Thank you.
