Fast and easy shopping. Nice selection. Just one question... I ordered the car charger and that is all I received. Was this extra an upgrade?
Received everything, charger sent is not the correct one for the phone. Slow charge, sometimes doesn't charge at all. Can you send a new one?

Great communication from customer support (fast), good price, easy transaction. Customer service was great as the car charger that I purchased did not work and they are now sending me a replacement. Shipping time was OK. The phone appeared to be used or was a demo at one point - something I did not count on but it does work. Overall good transaction and outstanding customer support thus far.

The phone I was sent didn't work and the refund process was difficult, but the customer service was above average. Steve worked really hard to resolve the issue for me, but I don't think I will ever use this site again.
I bought a new phone from them a month ago. And the phone had battery issue that the phone could not charge or even turn on. So it's my fault that I purchased a refurbished phone and not a new phone. And so I called electronics force and a guy named jeff help me with the issue. He was so nice and patient to accept my return and exchange my phone for a new one. And so I send the phone back to them and few days later maybe less than a week I got myself and new Samsung Galaxy S 9. I'm glad that these guys do take care for their customer service and are willing to push boundaries for better quality customer service and make every customer happy. I am so surprised that they gave me a new phone another refurbished one and they were so sorry for the inconvenience before. If you would've ask me I am definitely going to buy more phones only from them in the near future.
From now on im going to start buying phones only from this site! Never have I seen a more generous website that has good care customer support and low prices for each device they sell! I just want to thank Adam that helped me activate the phone and he really is a patient and understandable guy! Overall I thank this site and gonna buy more from them!

It took a long time to get here and USPS had the wrong person sign for it which caused it to be lost for several days. Not at all the fault of the store though.
