Paid for two day delivery, it arrived on the 7th day. I emailed Electronicforce that I needed to be reimbursed for my shipping costs. Relieved no response.
Prior to purchasing a cell phone I contacted both electronicforce and my local t-mobile store regarding the phone. After receiving my purchase I took it into a T-mobile store to have it set up. After the store techs worked with it it was determined it was not compatible with the local network. I waited a few days to return my purchase, but noticed there was only a 14 day return policy. I am out more than one hundred dollars for both the untimely delivery and a useless phone. Very disappointed and unhappy.
Very good experience so far, if you can add or specify if the product to buy is new or refurbished that would be great.

Don't buy anything from these people. I purchased a Sierra wireless Air Card from ElectronicsForce.com. No where in the description did they disclose the fact that the devise is obsolete and not compatible with Windows 10. After 10 HOURS of trying to figure out the issue, AT&T figured out the problem. When I called ElectronicsForce.com and spoke with customer service they just referred me to Sierra, and they never answer the phone. They had no interest in helping me. When I called again about retuning the item, they were disrespectful and told me it was my responsibility to make sure the devise is compatible with my carrier. When I told them it's not the carrier, it's the operating system that is outdated they told me I should have called Microsoft. That is the most ridiculous thing I have ever heard! Now they want to charge a 15% restocking fee (and it's a tiny item) and I'll have to pay shipping. After submitted the return request, then they suddenly want to try to help me!? It's too late! I thought I found a new supplier for my company, but I will NEVER buy from them again.
I ordered this phone and the battery began swelling after about 90 days. Electronics Force has had it over 30 days. They gave me a bogus shipping number that was to Texas. I live in Kansas. Well they got one over on me so shame on me but do NOT buy from this company. Not sure it is even a legit business as they are not good at returning emails.
The cellphones they sell are the most high quality products you can ever find around and above all that they have amazing prices! Cant wait to buy from them again!

These guys are great! And have the best prices for cellphones you can ever find online. I bought a galaxy s9+ from them about a week and a half ago and I gotta say that I am very happy with all the service I got and so far so good but their website feels kinda outdated like a website that looks like a 10 yo page and their delivery service (usps) are very weak. Overall I am a happy customer

I was told I would get a new, unused Pixel 2 in blue - I received a used, or poorly refurbished Pixel 2 in black. I returned it for a full refund which I received. I was supposed to be reimbursed for the cost of my return shipping also - but I haven't gotten it despite assurances from the seller.
