Update: I was not scammed and it was a pretty great deal.
So far so good! Site is simple, clean, and easy.
Received a call directly the same evening indicating my order was shipped and would arrive in a couple days to my PO Box which was earlier than the shipping I selected (I chose the free shipping option). Awesome customer service especially during these tough COVID19 times. Great to see we still have companies that provide quality customer service here in the good ole USA!
Good company but it takes them a whole week to process orders. Even if you pay 3 day shipping it will still take them time. Non the less I'm satisfied with what I paid for.
It took a bit of time to get my phone delivered, but overall I'm satisfied.
The price I paid was great, thought I paid for faster delivery and was disappointed in the time it took. I know this isn't fully on the company, but once my order arrived & I had questions about activation, the response time was great! Happy I purchased from this company!
I ordered this phone on April 15, and it's now May 15th. No phone. Called customer service and got excuses about the post office being slow. I have worked for the post office; they don't take a month. Had to purchase a phone from another source. Will need to use ElectronicsForce phone as expensive spare if it ever comes.
Awful communication. Didn't reply to emails. Lied about date my order went out for delivery on more than one occasion. Phone was not unlocked, as advertised.
Good product, great price. Pretty bad customer service. Employee called me and opened with "hello, you called us"...Like who are you? Tell me who you are when you call. Start the phone call with this guys, "Hi this is (insert name) i'm with electronics force. We received a cal from you about your shipping time, it looks like your package is on the way. Sorry it took two weeks to ship."
Another time I called to check on my package and the guy mumbled something so quick i had no idea what he said. I had to ask if this was electronics force. When you answer the phone enunciate, speak clearly.
I didn't get a tracking number despite paying extra for faster shipping. The guy on the phone literally read me the number then tried to hang up on me before I could check to see if I wrote the huge tracking number down correctly. It was like i was talking to some very inexperienced apathetic high schoolers who wanted to get back to Rick and Morty, their extra large bag of cheetos and their next bong rip.
It took a while to get my stuff, but that's fine I get that this is a bad situation for everyone...but man your employees suck at customer service. They literally don't know how to talk to someone on the phone...bizzare
Phone was as promised. However did not receive the sim card insertion tool. It was easily remedied by using a paper clip
Super easy! There was a small mix up with delivery, so there was a delay in getting it to it's destination. But everything is fine.
I was sold a phone that could not connect with my carrier...Verizon. Have sent phone back...waiting to see if I get credited for the teturn... hope so
Simple process to order!
So far, so good, look forward to receiving what I ordered and trusting there will be a happy ending. I selected this site because it was recommended by Lukas Nelson and I wished to give him any market place advantage.
Took a long time for the credit card to work just because of a middle initial. Make sure you get your information exactly right. Product was great, just what was advertised.
I placed an order for Jetpack WIFI hot spot in April 19. I called the customer service since I didn't received the order confirmation. I was promised that the order will be shipped shortly. In April 21, I was very happy to find that the order status turned "Shipped". Then the order was cancelled in April 25. I was kept in the dark until I found out in the last minutes. Have to find another website to overnight the order. It cost me $99 for the shipping cost thank to ElectronicsForce.com. A cancellation notice or a message would have been nice. I noticed that they raised the price 20% for the same hot spot as well. Nice strategy to make a few extra bucks while screwing the customer.

Answer: They open whenever they want. Pick up whenever they want. Ship items whenever want. Just call you might get a clown or Batman. Who knows.
