Representative was very helpful with providing me information on the phone that I wanted to purchase. And when I made my order online and got my new phone I was very happy with electromicsforce and I will be doing business with them again.
I received my order, it was the correct phone and in good condition.
I ordered right as NY was going into lockdown with the pandemic and emailed to confirm my phone was coming. I received a timely response and was able to call and get a tracking number. It took a little longer than normal to receive but it is completely understandable given the circumstances. I would order from them again.
Easy to find the product that I was looking for. Had plenty of info about the item I chose to look at. Your site has plenty of brands to choose from.
I didn't like registering for a one time purchase.

If your item is damaged there refund policy is very shady and you won't receive a full refund. They only sent me a 60% back of what I paid.
Easy to use site, great price. One problem was that I bought what was listed as an unlocked phone, yet when I received it, there was AT&T already completely set up on it and a couple dozen apps w unknown permissions. I was able to set up my tmobile sim card but still have AT&T settings I cant remove.
Awesome and great website. This is the best vendor for wireless devices. I just got my router from them and in the past I have been buying phones from them as well.

GOOD EXPERIENCE!
I'm a first time customer, and purchased a cell phone manufactured in 2012. This Motorola "slider" stated it was a 4glt, however, my carrier, Verizon Wireless, stated the phone was not compatible with their network. I was very disappointed, because I really like the look and feel of the phone. Unfortunately, I had to return the phone. I thought I read I had a 30 day return, but learned it's only 14 days. I made it at 13 days! When I received my credit from electronicsforce, not only did they charge me a 15% restocking fee (which is fair), they also subtracted from my total their shipping, handling and insurance, which I was not charged when I purchased the phone, AND I paid the return shipping. The refund amount from electronicsforce was about 45% of my purchase price (yikes)! Sorry, they lost a customer and I will let my friends and family know, as well.
Excellent so far, would be nice if more of the original accessories that come with the phone would of been included in the price.
