Received my smoke detectors within a few days. Replacing them was easy with adaptors that were provided.
Have not received the item yet. Delivery could be faster and some consideration should have been given to shipping cost. Also, email was not fully answered

Needed the item for my travel trailer, which is mounted on the ceiling (First Alert model CO400RVA, which apparently is no longer being made). The original item had a front access for the battery. This product was advertised as having a front access for the battery. The picture even showed this type but the item received was a rear battery access (First Alert model CO400B). Need to update picture and description.
On the positive side the shape and size of the new one is the same as the original so it was able to fit into the ceiling mounting bracket.
I like when you can chat with someone, but I would like it better when you can talk to a live voice.
