Their website was easy to navigate and order from, and the price was much cheaper than the competitors selling the same device. The delivery came in a timely manner and their follow up was timely also. I would buy again and recommend these guys.

Glad I found the site. Was very impressed with prices. Saved a bunch ordering carbon monoxide detectors for our facility. Was a little disappointed not getting the volume discount for a dozen, but realize that's not a lot. Customer service response was a bit abrupt with, "The price for 12 is such and such", which was the same for one. Didn't offer any options or tell me how many I had to buy to get a further discount, but overall can not complain about the price I paid. Will use again.
I was quoted a price of over $*** for 5 smoke detectors and installation. My local big box home store did not have these in stock. Bought mine here for under $**.** with shipping, they were shipped and arrived promptly and I installed 5 of them in less than an hour!

This product replaced the outdated ones perfectly. All I had to do was replace the mounting rings because of different colors(ivory/white). I replaced all five of the smoke detectors in less than thirty minutes.
