There was an initial discrepancy in the price originally quoted on a search engine for the product and what ultimately the price quoted upon check-out. Electronic Bargain Stores was very fair and honored the price that was originally quoted on the search engine plus free shipping! They acted very fair, they know how to build customer loyalty through 100% customer satisfaction. I will purchase from them again as well as refer them to others. The product I purchased performs beyond my expectations. In summary, an all around excellent shopping experience and I am super satisfied with the service I was given and how the product performs.

Prices tend to be excellent, but no real time stock indicator means you never know if something is in stock or must be backordered. Email customer service is courteous and responsive during normal business hours. Customers should be aware of the large 25% restocking fee if you ever need to return something.

Only issue was not getting shipping notification and shipment tracking number the day order shipped. I happened to write you about 2 days after it shipped. First e-mail response said it would ship that day, a little later a 2nd e-mail told me it shipped 2 days earlier...your rep said possibly the shipping notice went to my junk box. NO that didn't happen as In checked my junk box...
Over all you still get a 5-Star for the incredibly low price and quick ship... Received yesterday, 25 Jun and I'm installing today...
