I ordered 5 Kidde smoke alarms to replace the ones in my house that are 10 years old. Before ordering from you, I purchased one at Walmart to ensure it was the correct model and would work. The one from Walmart (same model #) came with the adapter. When I received the order from you, no adaptors were included. After paying for the adapters and shipping, it would have been more inexpensive and more efficient to have purchased them from Walmart. Sorry, but that was my experience.

The Juno lights I ordered have chronic problems - I've replaced a number of their fixtures, and two of the fixtures I ordered weren't functional. Your customer service, however, in responding to the problem was terrific. I sent a photo of the problem in the morning, they responded within just a few hours, and got replacements going ASAP, and no follow up needed. Nice job making sure that at least from a shopping experience, there were no problems.
Was very leery at first about shopping at a business I've never heard of before (internet), but went ahead and placed my order for the needed items and hoped everything about the transaction would go smoothly, and surprisingly it did. Received my order as promised in a timely manor.

After reviewing the website again, I realized the information regarding rewiring was there. I also figured out that it was no real problem removing the old plug and wiring in the new one using the same wire nuts, so install time was minimal.
I found the website a little difficult to navigate; everything arrived in proper order, delivery took a little while but it was coast to coast!
Product came in earlier, than expected.
