I was looking for an exact replacement for an older smoke detector and you had it. Ordered online and it shipped right away. Shipping charges could have been cheaper, but other than that it was a quick and painless transaction. Great job!
Excellent support! After visiting your website I called the customer support line to ensure they could fill our order in a timely manner. The person that helped us was extremely professional and left me feeling confident that she would make sure the order was filled properly. Our project had a short timeline and any mistakes in filling the order would have been detrimental to the success of our LED lighting retrofit project. I wish I knew the name of the lady that assisted us because everything fell into place due to her outstanding customer support!
