The person I talked to about the smoke detector I needed did not tell me I would need to rewire it. I was under the understanding that all that was needed was to plug it in and hang it back up.

I was very happy with the website and order process. Received the order quickly. The filter doesn't work as well as when I've previously replaced with the same item number. Not sure if it's the actual filter or refrigerator.

I was very happy with my experience and purchase from electricbargainstores.com, however my experience with the shipping company was horrible. I received a phone call on a Wednesday informing that Fedex freight tried to deliver my package on Monday. They claim no one was at the delivery address which is false, there was someone there all day! He said there was no ring of the bell or knock at the door. When they said they would schedule a re-delivery, they wanted an additional $108.42 for the second delivery attempt. This is outrageous to say the least. Why didn't they call to advise us that the delivery was coming on Monday? Poor customer service on the part of FEDEX FREIGHT!
Product arrived as expected. Called cust. Svc. To place 2nd. Order for same item. I didn't have order # from 1st. Order but rep dug until he found it and placed order immediately. Will use you again when needed.
