Best price for the Fire / CO detector I replaced. Easy order, fast delivery.
Shipment took four days after order which prompted a 1st contact with customer service. Delivery took a further 11 days which prompted a 2nd contact when delivery status did not move for 10 days. Priority delivery was a 2 day delivery. From order to delivery, 15 days was too long. I would not have purchased had this been the known outcome in advance. Time was important.
Be patient when explaining and listening to them, they know their stuff, some language issues, but never mind they're professional and know their stuff.
The items I purchase was not what I expected. I will go to a local distributor in the future.

I was originally very excited to find the products I wanted at prices that seemed reasonable. And when I placed my order, it was indicated that all of my items were in stock. Unfortunately, that turned out to not be correct and I didn't find out about that until after only one item showed up and then I had to contact customer service to find out what happened to my other item. That's how I found out about the backorder situation. I placed the order on 10/17/14. I found out on 10/27/14 (after one item arrived) that another item would not ship until the next day - 10/28/14. However, then on 10/30/14 I was informed that the item won't ship until 11/17/14. So, needless to say I have no confidence that date will still hold and I'm waiting to see when I'll actually hear from someone as to if/when it will actually ship. So, I cannot comment on whether I am happy with one of the products because it hasn't arrived yet. As for how I feel about the price, well at this point, I might have been either willing to pay more to get it sooner, or I would have preferred to buy it from another supplier who could have at least told me right at the outset that there would be a long backorder. Setting appropriate expectations is always preferrable to a negative surprise.
