This is the first time I have shopped here - I am very satisfied with my experience!

Should not be an option at checkout for 2 day unless order can be received 2 days after order is placed or 2 days after next business day from order placement. Items that are in stack at manufacturer are not in your stock. Do not false advertise.

I really think that your customer care should take care of the issue of a non working item immediately and then deal with manufacturer later, a customer should not have to wait additional week to get a replacement unit to complete his/her project.
