The item was not in stock but was delivered within 7 - 10 days.

I ordered 5 smoke alarms and i thought the first order did not go through, so I switched computers and entered the order again. Your company immediately got back to me to confirm they had received two orders and if I truly needed 10 smoke alarms or 5. I really appreciate the confirmation which saved me trouble of trying to return 5 smoke alrams. And my husband easily installed them and we functioning properly for us.

I have older smoke alarms in my home that will need to be replaced eventually. The reason I purchased this one was because, during the course of changing the battery, I dropped the unit and it shattered. It was great to be able to find a retrofit for this. I have 4 more units that I will replace as my budget allows.

Shipping was much faster than promised. Smoke detector was about 50% of the price from other sources. Smoke detector was in an easy to open box rather than sealed plastic. Adapter was far cheaper than any other source.

This was my first time buying from electricbargainstores.com. What impressed me the most was how well their website was constructed and how easy it was to navigate through it during the shopping process. Well done! I bought replacement smoke detectors so let's pray I never have to find out how well they work!
