Convenient and great prices

The image represented on Amazon was NOT what the product was. They gave me a full credit so the customer service on the issue was excellent. I do think they should change the image of the product at Amazon.

I was a bit mystified that the one-year warranty was offered for certain under-the-cabinet lights and not for others, their only difference being length and color.

I had ordered a Firex-120-1072C. I received a different model with an adapter to make it work. The problem is I had ordered this model because that was what I had in my house and I didn't want to have to change the mount. I wanted it to be "plug and play". I would not have purchased if I had known this was what I would receive. I could have gotten this model other places much cheaper.

I cannot believe the quick service! I really don't expect that quick of delivery all the time.At this point, I have to be pleased.

Took 11 days from the time I ordered to the time the product actually shipped out. 11 days is unacceptable. They expedited shipping to 2 days once I had notified them that my order still hadn't shipped 11 days after I ordered it. The product was priced fine and is what I was looking for. But there is no way it should have taken 2 weeks for me to finally get it.
