Customer Service was very helpful and explained exactly what we needed to replace all of our home smoke detectors. Gave complete instructions on how to install. Finished like clock work.
I had a combination smoke detector & carbon monoxide unit that had malfunctioned & later found out was recalled. I ordered a unit and an adaptor that someone else suggested as a replacement from Electricbargain and they made the extra effort to call me to tell me that would not work and suggest what would work. I ordered it what they recommended and it works fine. I was impressed that a company I found off the internet would provide such personal service.
