I was worried about purchasing from electric bargain stores based on online reviews but couldn't be happier! I ordered lutron switch plate covers and the price for them was outstanding. I couldn't find them anywhere else for a more affordable price. They came quickly and when they said they would. No issues and pleased with my purchase. Would definitely shop here again.
The pendent lights I ordered were custom and I was told this at the start that it would take up to 12 days to fabricate them. It took a little longer than that, and that was disappointing, but the lights are perfect now that they are here and installed.
While it was not your fault that we did not get all of our product at the same time, it was frustrating having to call all the time because customer service would not call back or email to give me the requested status of our items.
I ordered the smoke detectors and converters on Tuesday night and they were at my door Thursday. Now that is fast service. Thank you

The store wanted me to pay $225 for an under cabinet light fixture and electricbargainstores.com sold me the same one at $70
I later needed a jumper cord and my call was answered immediately. The customer service person told me the model number, as i had to go home and figure which of the 3 lengths i needed, and the cost was under $10
Immediately after placing the order i received an email summarizing my order, and within 24 hours another email that the order was shipped out

Great service. I had mistakenly ordered a part that was incompatible with the other parts I ordered for a lighting project. Instead of simply sending me the wrong part, they contacted me, pointed out that I may have ordered the wrong part, and suggested the compatible unit. Most places would simply send you the wrong part and move on...

I also contacted staff to discuss quote, shipping method (because of the large volume being shipped to a residence), and other details. I felt that they truly cared about my experience and my order. Automated emails related to shipping status were timely.
