It was exactly what I had hoped for. I wasn't exactly sure what I was going to get, seeing how it was replacement parts, but it turned out to be exactly what I needed. It was also very easy to assemble and install.

I was looking for a somewhat hard-to-find transformer, probably out-of-production. Many on-line places were either out-of-stock or "back ordered," which meant that they would have to contact the manufacturer before shipping, adding to delivery time - if they were going to bother at all.
Out of 5 or 6 places, electricbargainstores was the only place that had it IN STOCK and so I quickly ordered two to avoid delays or future unavailability (and received them in a little over 1 week).
Although it can take a while to get through to them on the phone (I wanted to talk to a "human being" to be SURE the product was in reality ON-HAND), but the service was helpful, nice, and competent.
I am VERY HAPPY to have found them and cannot recommend them enough.
I ordered on 6-November and the item showed to ship in 5-6 business days. I received the order on 23-November. 17 days to receive the product is terrible. It did not ship for 8 business days and was still shipped with the slowest service. Due to be shipped out late this product should have shipped at a faster speed due to electronicbargainstore's slowness. I could not even check my order status online without sending an email! Saving a few dollars was not worth it. I would rather pay more and get a product in a reasonable amount of time. I contacted customer service after 6 business days and was just given a new ship date, no apology or explanation for the delay. I hope improvements are made in the future.
I had to wait a little over 4 months for delivery of this item but it was the fault of the manufacturer, not Electric Bargain Store. Each time I contacted EBS I got a prompt response and an apology regarding the delayed delivery of my order. But again, it was not their fault and,they were always very polite.
I would order from them again.
