I was really nervous about purchasing from Electricbargainstore.com as for lack of feed back that I could find on the web. I submitted my order for a quote and when they reached out to me I was nervous. I am not racist but when a company calls and does not speak great English I got worried, but all my worries where for nothing. I did a lot of research called a few of the companies that they had listed on their website as being authorized distributors for and was it was confirmed that Electricbarginstore.com was an authorized distributor for their products. The customer service department went above and beyond to earn my business. I made a huge ($2500.00+) purchase from them and I will purchase from them again in the near future when I need lighting for my Bathroom remodel. I contacted customer service after I received my product because one of the lens for for my recessed lighting had a crack and they sent me out a new lens. I am VERY HAPPY that I choose them for my lighting needs.

I bought through Amazon and you shipped the wrong item. It was not even close to being right. You wasted my time, the worst thing you can do to a customer. I had to arrange a return, drop it off at UPS, and then buy the product from a new vendor.

Best pricing on the internet for the products I was seeking. Knowledgeable staff recommended a newer version of the part I was attempting to purchase. Excellent communication of delayed shipping due to large quantity, with an offer to refund - very professional! A few shipping errors, one on each of my two orders, but they were promptly resolved to my satisfaction. I will use them for our future projects.
Was promptly informed that my order was on back order and would ship within a couple of days. Considerable time elapsed so I made an inquiry into the status of my order, and received an immediate reply that my order was being shipped that day. So I don't know if my order was forgotten, but I was happy with the service. It was just for some spare replacement bulbs so the delay was no big deal.
