Great experience. Prices were competitive yet I felt they were overall a little more expensive than they were worth from all retailers
The only complaint I might have is that shipping was relatively expensive (cost more than the item a time or two). This is not just Electric Bargain Stores, but online electric parts purveyors generally across the board. I have often found I am able to ship items myself through USPS at significantly lower costs that I have been charged for the same item being shipped to me (typically through UPS or another carrier) and could wish that sellers might take advantage of lower shipping cost options.
But that aside, the ability to quickly identify and confirm a part or component through the website, at (so far) a very competitive price, and to process an order easily and quickly have all been very strong suits. The online website is clear, robust and well-organized.
An adapter we needed was included in the package, without us making a specific request. I wish you offered the Firex-Kidde smoke detector adapter as an individual item
