I don't agree with the policy of charging fees for restocking. This should be YOUR cost of doing business. Sometimes, especially in home remodels, opinions change, difficulties are encountered, etc., making returns nearly a given. Also, most businesses these days ship free for orders above a minimum amount (and many pay for return shipping). You charge both ways. The prices are great, but once you factor in shipping and restocking, you are no longer competitive. For these reasons I would not purchase again from your store.
