The items were as advertised, nee and in the original packaging. Delivery was as promised

Had to wait for more than 10 days for delivery due to the out of stock situation. However, the communication from customer service was conducted in timely manner.

Thank you so much. I bought 6 smoke detectors and had them delivered for far less than going to the local Big Home store. The detectors in my house were installed when we built the home in 2004 and were obsolete. I was able to type in the old number and was directed to an updated number that were very simple to install without having to re-wire..

All your "chats" online were very helpful. The staff was patient. My only recommendation is, please please do not use too much "electrical" terms, when explained, not all customers understood well those terms, like me,

Easy to navigate website. Found what I believed to be what I needed. I chatted with a representative to ensure I was ordering the right items. Ordering was easy, notification of shipment was good. Overall, I enjoyed buying from them.

I immediately received notice that the light fixtures I ordered were going to take longer to get to me than expected. I was given an opportunity to cancel my order. I appreciated the quick response letting me know of the delay. I did end up receiving the light fixtures only a few days later than expected... RAB
