Satisfied with the detector but would've like to know that particular detector does not work with led lights.

I was concerned about an experiration date of the items I purchased. I was assured that the clock didn't start until the alarm was powered up. The manufacturer stated that the expiration is based on manufacturing date. I effectively just lost 6 mos. The worst part was bringing to Electric Bargains attention the rep was very indifferent.

The order was looking like delayed. You sent an email asking if I wanted to cancel. Then another email that the order was not in stock. I asked for an answer by email if you would get more in later or not carrying them anymore and received no response. Them finally an email one day later that they were back in stock and shipping. Really did not know the status until they showed up at the door. I would streamline your process..

Price was high, but then - EBS was the only place I've found this Lurton item. I confirmed by on line chat, and the agent was able to find my order and give precise info. Delivery was in time, accompanied by emails keeping me posted along the way. So we get what we pay for, and you folks are on the ball.

Great product and service

Had what I wanted at a great price. I needed a specific brand and model of smoke detector and they had it.

The price was cheaper than every other site I looked at. And you had the items in stock for quick order.

Recieved my product and was pleased. Just wish you could adjust the time it stays on, otherwise satisfied.
