Terrible item descriptions and even worse return policy (25% restock fee!)
I found the same items on Amazon for the same price and way better options for returns.
25% restocking fee to return an item coupled with the additional shipping fees makes their return policy ineffective. Items they sell are available at Amazon and Homedepot with much better service.
Purchased some fixtures online, they took my money, and than emailed me 4 days later to tell me the lights were discontinued, and my order was on hold. ( which means they keep the money and I have to pick more lights from them, after many calls and getting the runaround and attitude from " alexis" I finally had to call my credit card company to get money back, really a bad experience, not worth using this company!
I was assured with a phone call my order would ship on time, within 6-8 days and I would receive a tracking number soon. No tracking number, so two days later I sent an email and then it was 7 more business days and now it has been 8 business days and have been told it will be another 2-3 days. If you order for a business with deadlines to clients, you may be better served elsewhere.
Easy search and purchase
Easy to order, good product info as this was difficult to find replacement smoke detectors at Home Depot or Amazon who both only have current model numbers listed and not replacement numbers.

I got more helpful information than I did by going to a Home Depot.
Took less than 3 minutes. Great so far! Received the parts and installed the next day. Technician said the instructions were easy to follow and the job went really well.

After a delay in delivery, I posted a negative review as I paid for the items and expedited delivery. The items arrived late but in good shape. Subsequently, the company contacted me and offered the items free of charge in order to rectify the issue. Customer relations are important in any business and the company made good on their promise to refund the cost of the items. I will be ordering from them again.

This appeared to be due to EBS trying to ship to a PO Box via Federal Express.
Initial e-mails were frustrating and not productive.
Eventually a phone call appeared to help.
Second attempt was successful after electricbarganstore shipped to my physical address.
