Service was prompt, professional, and they had great communication.
I only saw that my order went through by my CC, no invoice received into my email. And no follow up emails in regards of my order. When my order arrived, I still do not have any invoice. I would like to have that please.
I placed an order in November of 2022 and still have not received. They notified me in January (after we sent them an email inquiring about the order) that the products ordered would not be available until late March. I understand that it is not their fault on how long it is taking to make the product, but they should have told me up front at the time of order it was going to take 4 months to get and they should be communicating with me about this outstanding order at least once per month. Unfortunately, I cannot so anything positive about this company or the review because there is no communication...none...nada...There is nothing that elevates this company above any other online light store that sells the same or similar products.
Materials were to have shipped within 4 to 6 business days then it was 14. It finally shipped almost a month later. Had to ask for multiple updates very poor communication on the companies part.
My order came in ta timely order but was broken in places. When I text the company they wanted pictures and a statement about box damage so they could charge the deliver company. But there was no package damage. Still, my order was broken in a few places.
It was a great experience to be able to find just what you need when the supply chain is broken and items are not as available as they use to be in this world. These detectors were not available on the east coast but with the electronic age i found them at your company at a reasonable price. Thank You for your quick service once i sent you my street address. My buildings are now up to date and safe to live in.
We purchased multiple switches from the seller and they charged our account and did not ship for over 3 months. Then when we tried to return the items and over their time period, they refused to take back products or issue a refund. Probably better finding a more reputable seller. I surely will not make that mistake again. You've been warned.
I ordered a few recessed can trims, i believe they were brown or bronze, i paid extra freight to get them quicker. I did not get them quicker, i had to make several calls to track these and NO ONE offered to refund the money i paid to expidite this order. My customer was very upset that i could not give them tracking information.
Upon original order, no confirmation email was received. Weeks later I saw the credit card was charged at time of order, but no product or email was yet received. I called Customer Service and asked for status. They said the order would ship soon, and they would send email, but I never received email.
I did receive the product within a week after calling, and the product works fine.
Unacceptable delivery---I've called fedx and they said since I paid you for overnight, you're the one who must issue my credit--I've called and emailed you multiple times and have gotten no response!
I was able to purchase the same alarms that I had installed 14 years ago. Your prices were fantastic compared to Amazon, Lowe's, Home Depot and even Walmart. Your delivery time was also acceptable.
Quick response to question, product was delayed but when arrived was as ordered.
One of the alarms was faulty and they replaced it quickly, within a couple of days
Ordered 8 replacement smoke detectors. Needed to work with firex to solve the issue. This company not much help

I was mislead into buy smoke/carbon monoxide detectors.I was sent smoke detectors.I explained they sent wrong items they refused to give me a return label for refund or exchange.I payed for shipping and they wanted me to pay for return label.Worst experience I ever had with customer service this company doesn't belong in business.
We were doing some cosmetic upgrades to the hallway leading to our back den and when the new paint job was done the existing smoke detector really looked yellowed from age. I was able to quickly find the current replacement model. It was shipped promptly and came with the adapter needed to make installation quite easy, though it could also be wired in directly by removing the old connection and hard wiring in the new. Very pleased with the selection, price and service.
Took a long time for it to be delivered, paid for two days, took 4. Every time I called I got an over flow line and never got to talk to anyone. Tried to get a refund for paying $60 for 2 day and Fedex said the company could get it refunded, told them to do it to pass it on to me, they never called me back. Horrible communication. Only reason to get 3 stars is because we needed the light and they had it.
I received my new alarms in good order, in a timely fashion. We switched out the old ones for the new ones. We are no longer getting "chirps of death". Now we are getting "chirps of miss-installed or bad units, please replace." We intend to call Fire Dept. to help us figure out what is wrong with the new units.
I paid for a new Kidde unit that is supposed to last ten years. I received a unit with a bad battery and was nonfunctional. I contacted the seller for help with a replacement or refund and they never responded to my emails. I definitely don't recommend this seller at all.
