I rated our experience to date and we honestly haven't taken the product out of the box yet and my ratings may of been different if we had it mounted aleady. We have high pitched ceilings in our home and recently we had our roof replaced due to Hurricane Michael. While the roofers were pounding, the alarm fell off the wall at the highest pitch of our great room and it broke and as I said, we still need to mount it. Once it is installed, we will know for sure if it was a successful purchase.
