I am generally pleased, but I was not provided any indication of when I can expect to receive the products given that the order qualified for the free shipping option. It would be helpful for me to know the shipping time just in case it might cause a change in my decision.
Your packing wasn't great...there were loose screws in the box...zero padding...the brackets were bent? One housing has a loose transformer...I'm very handy, I'll fix it but I don't think the typical customer could overcome the same issue.
I'm on the verge of ordering more fixtures and working with your awesome customer service guy Daniel...BUT...a tad worried about your packing!
