Elder Helpers helped me find someone near me. I cherished the time I got to spend with her. I appreciate Elder Helpers for making the connection happen

It is a very good service because it has helped me find people with great energy for my loved ones. It is a safe way to find people with the desire and vocation to help.

Update: the company responded to my review by immediately placing blame on me, and ignoring the several emails I have sent them over the course of a year and a half. They want me to delete the review or change it to 5 so they can get more people to fall for their scam. Please do not donate to this company, donate to your local community that you can validate with your own eyes and in person. They need it more than whatever this website is doing with your hard earned money. This is my advice to you when dealing with this company, please be safe. Look at the image I attached. The name in the message doesn't even match the name on the account.

I repeatedly reached out to them multiple times to stop charging me. I never even signed up for the donations, I had to call paypal to get involved and they said this place had been charging me through paypal as a guest account and that is why I could not find it to stop it on my side. They had to go through several additional steps to get ElderHelpers (more like ScamHelpers) to stop charging me. I reported them to PayPal and I am reporting them to the FBI https://www.ic3.gov/

I signed my dad up today and after looking at the reviews I'm afraid I may have gotten him involved a scam. There was never a code given after I paid the 50 dollars so I immediately sent a cancelation request but I'm afraid they will bill him continuously like the people in the reviews. I may just have to cancel the card...this is horrible.

This is a follow up to my 10/6/22 review. There is a response by Elders of the issue has been resolved. The issue is not resolved. I asked for the corporate office address so I could look up Elders on the better business bureau website. Elders did not contact me with this info so I don't know how they can respond to my post the issue has been satisfactory resolved. This further questions the credibility of this business 10/25/23.

After providing the "donation", I contacted six numbers. One was non-working, two others answered as the same NAME, but were definitely not the people listed as volunteer. Three others never returned calls.
There is NO PHONE number for ElderHelpers to speak with someone. I Sent an email to which I got an automated, "we'll respond in 2 business days" and a week has gone with no reply but daily marketing emails. In theory, this is a fantastic idea but my conclusion is it's either fraudulent or horrifically managed.

You charge $50 a month? That is not clear in your advertising. I tried to find your business on Better Business Bureau USA San Diego Ca, but no listing. What is your full contact information please so I can research you on BBB?
