I always enjoy purchasing from EJ Gift Cards. They have a quick redemption turnaround time and I've never experienced an issue

I had purchased several Best Buy gift cards with this business, of which three have inaccurate or reduced balance although within the 30 day guarantee period. One of them was a $100 gift card which has a 0 balance and the other two are short roughly $25 each than their actual amounts. I have tried calling the number they have on their website but it always says the same thing that they are on a call, which means they have just left the phone hanging, so no calls will be received by them. Emails to them have been non responsive and all their payments are through zelle, which should have caught my attention. You have been warned!
I needed to make a purchase today with these gift cards, but I can't use them now because of this issue.
Super embarrassing when I went to pay and they discovered the card had been used 5 days ago.
The value was excellent, but the terms were ambiguous. What does "good for 24 hours" mean? The offer is available for 24 hours? You have 24 hours to use it? Can you use part of the gift card or do you have to use it all - and within 24 hours? Need clarification!

I have purchased giftcards in the past with no problems. This last set of cards I bought had zero balance on both of them. I had problems printing them as well to take with me to the restaurant, and that I actually had to boot up my computer to load my email to print them. What a pain. They had a watermark across them on my phone that wouldn't go away. I have emailed EJ Giftcards about basically having to pay for my restaurant bill twice but after only being embarrassed in my gift cards for my best friends birthday party didn't work.
I purchased a $25 BELKS gift card for $22 and thought I scored a good deal only to be told by the Belks Store that the gift card surprisingly has a balance of zero dollars. I mean I had to contact them
To be doubly sure beyond doubt that the balance is $0.0. Not only did I missed on the purchase that I was trying to make, now I have to wait 14-21 days for EJGiftCard to process my claim. This is unbelievable.

Purchased a gift card for JC Penney for $99. Went to use and was never activated. EJ won't do anything about it because in the fine print the guarantee period was only 24 hours - told me too bad, so sad, you lose $99! I tried for weeks to get my money back and they won't budge. BEWARE of this company!

Bought the card for a little over $35, there was less than 50 cents on it. Hoping to get a refund.
I was able to save a few dollars through my gift card purchase. I received the e-gift card instantly, and the payment transaction was very straightforward. I will make sure to go through this website for my online purchases moving forward.

First time ordering gift cards on this site. Site said e-gift cards would be delivered in 5-10 mins following Zelle payment, but it's been 15 or more and they aren't yet emailed. I realize it may take longer than 5-10 mins, but you should adjust message so that I'm not expecting them that quickly if that's not likely.
Very easy ordering process. Paid with Zelle and had no issues. Had my GC in 10 minutes. Will be back. And, save some more cash..

Was skeptical about using Zelle but I bought a card for Dominos to try the site out. I got the card about 5 minutes later and had dinner about 30 minutes later. I sold a card to them about a year ago and was paid quickly through PayPal as well.

Biggest limitation as I experienced it was that I could only purchase one card at a time. 2 Zelle transfers for the same amount, in rapid succession, pushes the buyer into additional verification processes... my 2nd purchase was not completed.
