Been trying to get in contact with CS for 2 days. This company does not care about its customers. They email you back hours later then I respond and nothing. Done with them, I dont care how cheap there gift cards are!

I buy second gift cards alot, so I thought I would give this company a try. Bad idea! So I purchased an applebee's gift card. It was a little more than I wanted to spend, but it was the cheapest available. This particular card had a 24 hour guarantee, but I wasn't worried, cause I buy alot. But I couldn't use it right away, so had to wait. After a week I went to the restaurant to use it. When we paid our bill, the remaining balance on the card was extremely lower than what it should have been. Like between 80 and 90 dollars. So not only lost what money I saved but also money that paid for the card too. Very disappointed with this transaction and to top it all I sent a claim into to the company and they did not ever get back to me. Thanks E J Gift Cards, I will never ever buy from you again.

EJ Gift Cadrs delivered on the promised date, the amount quoted. I'm happy with their service because I am outside the US, and couldn't use the gift card.
Bought a $100 gift card from panera for $79. Couple weeks later my balance on the card is $29, (someone used $71 on it). They refunded me $50 back so i basically paid full price for this card and got $29 worth which i had to use right away or else the thief could have used it again.

First card, things went fine.
Second gift card experience a disaster! 5 times I received an order confirmation receipt and instantly 5 times I received an email stating they cancelled the order!
SO FRUSTRATING!
I contacted support (which isn't 24/7 or even close as it's 8+ hours later and they haven't replied, yet... maybe this will get them to start working...)
Stay away, you will loose the money
Same like most other people. If you try to use the cards after 24 hours and they do not work, to bad. They defend with their 24 hour guarantee but do not state that after 24 hour your cards might not work and you are out of money. They must have had a bunch of chargebacks on creditcards because you can only pay with zelle. So you never get the money back.
Clearly a nice scam they are running. Will keep an eye out for a class action in the future.

As we are third-party Gift Card vendors we have a Too short guarantee, However, we do allow our customers a refund policy and we will do all that is required to fix the issue when customers contact us within the Guarantee period.
The 24 hour guarantee is too short. Most other sites have a longer guarantee. Most recently, I bought a $50 Walmart card and couldn't use it right away. When I tried a few days later the value was already zero. I asked them to close my account.
Plus I've had experiences of clicking on a card, and when checking out getting a notice that the card is no longer available.

Quick and easy. Was selling the giftcard for 11% off which is higher than most. Was sent within 10 minutes of buying.

Once you receive the card, the balance will be used out by someone else very quickly. This is totally scam.

The checkout process was inefficient:
I entered my address and phone number in my profile. However, I had to re-enter the same info for the billing address during checkout. A checkbox to autofill from profile would have been nice. I was using PayPal as the payment method but had to enter my credit card number (first six digits and last four digits) beforehand.
Ultimately, I did receive my egift card in a timely manner and it was valid.

I've done these discounted gift cards many times before. They make some people uneasy, but I've never had a bad experience and they work as they should. I'll be back again.

I made a purchase on the site through the USDC cryptocurrency, but ejgiftcard canceled the purchase claiming that it did not receive the transaction. In my brokerage it says sent and the amount was debited from my account. That is, I was without my money and without the gift card, be careful when buying on this personal site, because you can be at a loss.
I sincerely believe that there should be other more secure payment methods, such as PayPal, for customer safety and convenience.
