I have been buying from this site for over a year. In all these months I may have had to claim from them a couple of times(for used-up cards) and they were very professional with their refunds. Now I've had to claim every other transaction from them over the last few weeks. I was refused once because I exceeded the guarantee window. Since then I ensure I check the cards right away and submit them within that window. This is now becoming cumbersome.
It said the gift card will be 5-10 minutes to my inbox but after 2 hours still nothing. Sent a message but no reply.
Cards came quick and worked perfectly
Only concern is the 24 hour warranty

Bought $75 worth of outback steakhouse. Went to the store and found there is a $0.00 balance inside... I had to pay full price at the restaurant. I submitted a claim thru website and has not gotten any response yet.
I bought many gift cards but one time one card is invalid and I submitted a claim but they rejected.
Ripped off - $50 Outback gift certificate…
Bought a $50 Outback gift certificate and after only 10 days when I tried to use found out it was invalid!
Contacted EJ Gift cards and they said sorry, only had a 24hr warranty. I said NO, I had a 30-day warranty and sent them a screen shot to prove. No matter, they said NO REFUND!
My card was not fully loaded!
Hopefully, I will be reimbursed.
My first time selling any gift card of the sort online and choosing EJ Gift cards was a great option to do so. Got my card so and the amount was paid to me on the exact date that was given. Would recommend!

The manager was unable to redeem the gift card. The error message was "Manual transaction not allowed".
I submitted a claim with EJ Gift Cards and they say it will take 14-21 business day to resolve.
The whole process took like 10 mins. Easy peasy. I will def be getting more cards from her for sure!

I tried using my gift card immediately after it was sent to me only to find it was empty. I opened a claim with EJ Gift Cards and they responded confirming that they had sent me a gift card that had already been used. They did not apologize for their error and simply told me I would get a refund. I should be getting the refund in a few weeks so at least I'll get my money back. Still, lesson learned. I'm not buying from EJ Gift Cards again. This was my first experience and it wasn't a good one.
