Do not give them your credit card information. They will never allow you to cancel and have no customer service. There is no email for customer service and no phone number.

I didn't agree with renewing membership so when they charged me, I contacted them to cancel it they refused and say i have to pay no matter what. I didn't use any of the services and they still put me on scam call and dept collector and threatened me with calls and mails.

I don't usually fall for stuff, but I managed to sign up for a year accidentally and after a few weeks realised noone was on there near me of interest and wanted to leave but couldn't get out of year contract. What a pile of s***

If you want a dating site that you cant see photos before joining, spend money on to find there is absolutely no one suitable for you, have a very unhelpful customer service tell you to expand your search critea outside what you want and to be locked in no matter how pitiful their service is, then join e harmony.

I had called to cancel the service and to make sure I would not be billed further. The customer service rep just kept saying no problem, that I would not be charged again. Well guess what...a month later they did charge me. The company is next to impossible to reach on the phone, and then they remind you that you signed for a year membership (I don't believe I had a choice in the matter.) I don't wish to post my charges from my credit card statement, but my experience is real. Stay away from them.

I was charged for a year of eHarmony when I only signed up for 3 months. I tried to contact them, but was only able to use email. They responded (only through email) and it took a long time for a response. They would not reimburse me, even though they could see that I wasn't even using the site. They finally emailed me that I could give the year subscription to a friend or family member, as I explained that I didn't want a year, but that was a lie. I tried to give it to my mom and they locked my account. Don't trust them!

Their pricing was misleading, tried to cancel my subscription within two minutes of signing up, after complaining about how horrible they are they shut my account down with a year left and not refunding my money. Horrible site.

Eharmony will auto renew your subscription at full price, even though you cancel your membership. I signed up for a one year subscription, and paid $119.70 for four months. Once the four payments were done, I went into my profile, CANCELLED my membership and removed my auto draft information. I stopped using Eharmony about seven months in, double checked my profile was hidden and that my subscription was cancelled. I was not looking for any refund.

And the end of November (after my subscription was over), I get an email that I owe them money for the upcoming year. There was no expiration of my current subscription sent, there was no email saying they would auto renew. Now, they are sending me to collection for the money even though I know I cancelled and verified it. Why would I remove my auto draft option. Because I read about their tactics and yet it was still not enough. DO NOT USE EHARMONY and if you do, provide them with fake personal information if possible. They will auto bill you no matter what you do or how many times you cancel. I had to give at least one start, but these slimy bastards don't deserve it.
