My order was left outside my door because I was out! Subsequently, by the time I got home, the parcel was not there! I immediately contacted eGlobal and they started their investigation, 24hrs later they asked me to prove my I.D. which I did, and then they stop responding to my emails (you have to wait 24hrs for response). I took the matter to PayPal and they sided with eGlobal because it had been delivered (to my street effectively or anybody that wanted it) So I tried chasing it up again with eGlobal and they said I had not returned proof ( i sent images of my email sent folder with date and time stamp. THEY ARE NOW IGNORING MY EMAILS, So I have lost nearly £300 pounds, (i did also purchase their postage insurance too, so that was more money wasted).
Just to clarify, I was only asking them for a replacement as I still wanted my order.
I WOULD NOT DEAL WITH THEM AGAIN AND WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THEM to anyone.
This place is a total scam - I've been receiving automated updates saying "We apologise for the delay, we are following up your order to get it delivered to you as soon as possible." for 30 days straight, and then silence. Package never got delivered, I wrote them a bunch of emails asking for the status and then for a refund - none of them have been answered. I tried to request a refund, but the link on the website saying "Request refund" just redirects to a home page. To treat their customer like this is a complete disgrace
I ordered a new mobile phone from eGlobal on 16th July 2019 for more than £260. The product was shipped on 24th July but tracking on the courier's website stopped updating on 30th July. I reported this to eGlobal 3 times. On 14th August 2019, eGlobal confirmed that the package was lost and refunded a paltry £10 leaving me £250 out of pocket. Jokers! I will never buy from eGlobal again. Be warned.
I experienced very bad customer service. 7 months ago I received a phone which was broke, but couldn't test it for some weeks because I had moved to another country. When I found out that it was broke, I had to send it back at my own expense and have been waiting for the repaired phone ever since. In the meantime it lost all its value and I will receive the phone 9 months after buying it because I live in another country now. It's unbelievable. Don't take the risk. Buy somewhere else!
I put a check the price on some product, once the price product dropped, i placed my order, got confirmation my money was accepted and taken. 2 days later they wrote me to cancel my order on the fallacious pretext their stock were damaged and they couldnt say when i could received the product. Inviting me to reorder on their website, I checked the website and the product was again in stock with 22 units but with the older price. Clearly a fake cancellation excuse to refuse their own discount.

This company is a putrid den of thieves who should be put out of business. I ordered and paid for an ipad and on tracking my order, Yodel said it had been delivered. Lying sons of $#*!es. Contacted Eglobal and they told me that yodel had delivered so the case was closed. Recontacted yodel who admitted the parcel had been returned to their depot and they would call me back. Never happened. Yodel then said they had lost my goods and would refund if Eglobal contacted them. Eglobal do not answer my emails. They are scum who should be avoided at all costs. VISA now refunding me. God bless Visa..
Ik heb een erg slechte ervaring met eGlobalcentral. 24 november 2018 heb ik via hun website een lens besteld twv 680 euro die ik als kerstkado wilde geven aan een familie lid. De week voor kerst was de lens nog steeds niet geleverd dus heb ik contact opgenomen met de klantenservice. Deze verzekerde mij dat de lens zou worden geleverd, 2 dagen voor kerstmis heb ik een vervangend kado gekocht. De lens is tot op heden (10 februari 2019) nog steeds niet geleverd en bij de klantenservice vang je bot. Volgens de klantenservice moet je zelf contact opnemen met de vervoerder die eGlobalcentral in de arm heeft genomen voor het transport. Dit is de omgekeerde wereld: je betaald als klant er voor dat een pakket wordt geleverd door eGlobalcentral en wil helemaal niet contact moeten opnemen met de partijen die zij in de arm nemen.
Conclusie: 680 euro betaald voor een lens die nooit geleverd is. Ik voel mij opgelicht en wil iedereen waarschuwen zaken te doen met deze partij.
Contacted company noumerous times now in an attempt to retrieve my indelievered item. This item was payed for with insured shipping and I still have not recieved it almost 3weeks later. I was informed by DpD that this item was returned to eglobal central due to a lack of contact information. This is an ongoing issue I have contacted them about on many occasions and the replies I have recieved have been highly unsatisfactory. I am not willing to let this problem corinue any longer as I needed this phone urgently and am not one bit happy with my service dealing with the above issue. I WILL BE MAKING CONTACT WITH PAYPAL

Ordered expensive item - yodel have not delivered as proved by cctv on my house - no explanations, no refunds still fighting - scam business and use a theiving delivery company
I was really scared while reading all the bad reviews after purchasing my Nokia 6.1 Plus from EglobalCentralAU... I then kind of panic when the order was sitting on Processing for a week and bombarded the support with emails... At the end, my order was placed on the 20th of November and received on the 4th of December in Perth Australia, not bad at all.
I'm very happy and would probably order again from them, the phone is excellent, works perfectly fine with Dodo here in Australia and it was by far the best price I found from anywhere.
Don't be too scared if it takes a bit of time to process, it is a serious website for sure.
I wanted to buy a Sony RX100M2 camera. On Amazon it was 550$, and here it was 370$. Scared by bad reviews, I also bought "shipping insurance". That seems to have also made the shipping much faster, as it was delivered from Hong Kong to North Carolina in 3 days. The camera came with a weird power plug (British?), but that did not matter to me as I have plenty of chargers for micro-USB. The camera looks and works normally, as a new camera should.
Make sure the item you get is exactly what you want. I bought a phone from them. The carrier support information they had on their website was vauge and misleading. The device didn't work well in the us. They made the return process long and extensive just to discourage you. You also have to pay for shipping to Hong knong. They found a minor reason to reject the claim and forced me to pay for shipping again if I wanted it back.
After purchasing Samsung note 9 from eglobal was happy it arrived within 3 days. From then on that's when everything went wrong. After turning on device and setting up I discovered the device was faulty with screen issues. Took it to Samsung here in Melbourne but was informed they could not swap it as it is an international model and would have to be sent back to country of origin to be replaced. They did tell me the product was definitely faulty and they would have exchanged if it was an Australian item.
From there I registered it with eglobal return policy. This is where they give you the run around. After a couple of weeks of having to convince them it's faulty they sent a courier to pick it up. In 4 days I received a message saying the phone was received and was under inspection. In the next 2week's with repeated requests I still had no answer or reply.
Luckily I paid through pay pal and took the matter up with them. Funnily enough they suddenly replied saying yes the phone is faulty and would be replaced once they received my address which they already had numerous times. Again this was just another tactic. Finally after the case was left to run with PayPal I am getting a refund through them as they also have had no success dealing with eglobal.
The moral is don't deal with these cheap companies. They are all good if you have no problem. But if you need to return for any fault don't expect to get any service just a waste of your time.
They don't reply to emails or support tickets. Purchased a phone Sunday and it is Thursday now and all I can see is processing. No emails to say it has been dispatched and stuff.
This is my second purchase from them and very disappointed. Paid with CC so will wait until tomorrow before trying to claim with the CC company.

J'ai en effet souhaité retourner un Fuji xt2 à peine acheté chez eux pour un Fuji xh1. Et bien aucun soucis!
1) j'avais reçu très vite le premier appareil photo (cad 1 semaine calendrier). Le 2 e aussi.
2) dans la communication, bien qu'il y avait chaque fois un ou plusieurs jours d'attente entre chaque mail, il n'y avait eu aucune résistance ou chipotage. Tout a été parfaitement expliqué, suivi et remboursé!
3) Le colis à mis tout un temps pour faire Le traject retour (3 semaines), mais ca c'est la poste, et les vacances estivales.
4) En plus j'avais oublié de retirer la carte SD fraîchement installé dans le xt2. Et bien aucun soucis, je l'air récupérer aussi ensuite.
Bref bon prix, du vrai matos. Un service clientèle disponible et expédition rapide (c.-à-d. 1 bonne semaine)
Misleading and onerous return policy. They advertise the 30-day money back guarantee, which is a joke. I ordered a phone and it would not work with my carrier's 4G. Carrier and manufacturer blamed each other.
RMA approved, but I had to pay $48 to ship it back to Hong Kong because they have to receive it within 14 days. I forgot to include the headphones, which is my bad, but they denied the return because I did not keep and return the plastic film that came on the screen.
Now, they want $25 to ship the thing back to me. So the phone doesn't work on 4G and I'm out an extra $75. Definitely won't use this site ever again.

Answer: This company used to be called eGlobal Digital Camera's. They have since then closed and started up as eGlobal Central. I didn't realise this until I started doing searches on them. My understanding, from the searches i have done and the broken product i received from eGlobal Central, is that they are based in Hong Kong, their customer service basically sends you repeated messages of them not being liable for any fault (i. E. lack of delivery, broken item, wrong item, etc). So it is luck of the draw getting the right item and fingers crossed you don't have to contact their customer service EVER!.
