I bought the moonlight bouquet for my friend and she said they were absolutely beautiful flowers and superb roses. She loves freesias so this was the picture choice. Plus free chocolates included in the delivery which is a bonus. I will definitely use eflorist again,

The flowers were delivered in an awful state. Crushed and torn box, damaged flowers and some heads detached and missing from some flowers. Really disappointed especially as the reason for the order was for someone who had a previous double bereavement. Yodel delivered, have often had issues with them, however the lable in the box was torn badly also so this was inside the box. Eflorist are obviously too big, I will just go to smaller independents next time who care more. So disappointed... they couldn't even apologise. Resending flowers was done but Make up for the disappointment. Won't be using Eflorist again.

I ordered a LARGE bouquet - they are tiny and poor quality. I also spent 4.99 on a tacky plastic vase - disgusting. The card id asked for a message arrived ripped, crumbled and thrown in stuck to the flowers that were shoved in the top of the damn flowers. I am so upset and so angry.
NEVER USE THIS COMPANY IF YOU WANT QUALITY OF ANYTHING.
Tesco would have supplied way better flowers and in plentiful.

Small criticism would be that a large bunch wasn't all that large so I'm glad I went for large and I wonder how small a standard would be if that was large.
Helen has been through a really bad patch with severe ongoing illness in the family so the flowers were my way of sending an unexpected treat. I wanted the flowers to be perfect, but on this occasion they weren't. She wasn't expecting anything let alone flowers and chocolates so that was a lovely surprise for her

Was hoping for early afternoon delivery. Grandson wanted to take them to his puppas grave. Arriving between 6 and 8 is far too late. Can't say what they are like as haven't received them.
My daughter had just informed me that I was to be a granddad so I looked for same day delivery florists and Florist looked like the right choice/. It was before the cut-off time so I placed my order and paid the premium delivery costs.
About an hour later I received a call from them stating that they were unable to get any f their local suppliers to do a same day delivery. It was too late to find an alternative to I had to accept a next day delivery.
If you offer the same day service, this should be available and confirmed before the order is placed.
I have used Eflorist previously (not for same day delivery though) and they have always been very good.
I ordered the flowers to be delivered to my girlfriends workplace, unfortunately when they arrived my friend had finished work. I thought that was it but the driver offered to deliver them to my girlfriends home address which was 10 Miles away, at no extra charge too! Excellent service and refreshing to see there are still businesses out there willing to go the extra mile for the customer! Well done E florist, and a big thank you to the driver, Nicky loved the flowers, great quality too.
Answer: Easy but no sympathy or results. They are in self denial as to the quality of flowers they are sending out. Avoid, there are much better service providers out there. I wonder how many people are too embarrassed to let their sender know how bad they are.
