We stayed with friends for two days last week and took some flowers with us (among other things!) as a gift for our host and hostess. By the time we left the flowers were lookng awful and we were embarrassed!

When they arrived our friend phoned and told us off for sending a replacement, she then said they were the nicest bunch of flowers she had ever had!
The flowers was upside down at the time of delivery. Gone straight to the bin. Waste of money. Never going to order again

But I know that they will come in time as they always do and they will be well packaged as they always have been in the past with E florist. I am also visually impaired and the customer service has always been extremely helpful.
