Easy to find on website. Easy ordering. Great Pricing. Estimated shipping date of 5-7 business days was not accurate. I ordered the product on the 10th and received it on the 28th. Other than the shipping estimated time, everything else was great.
They were able to match some laminate that I purchased many years ago that I wasn't able to find anywhere else.

I found the product I needed quickly, and after comparing to many other sites, Efloors was by far the best price!
Very easy and the price was right. However, instead of the time listed for shipping it took double the time and no one contacted me about the delay. I had to call the company to find out when my floors would be shipped. They did get back to me the following work day and advised me that it would be shipped soon. I think it was on back order but an email should have been sent advising me of the delay.
I called about the product and the agent was very helpful and nice. Even though the shipping is the same price as the product, it's still 15$ cheaper than Amazon.

I've always have a good experience ordering samples and receiving them. I especially appreciate the $.99 price for the samples. It can add up when you are trying to get the "just right" color!
As I expected couple the corners on the boards did get damaged during transit. I don't blame efloors I blame UPS.

AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE.
They missed the shipping time listed at time of purchase, put a delay on delivery.
When I called several times to try to arrange revised shipping dates, it was a new conversation each time. When they finally offered to have floors shipped directly from manufacturer because they were so late, to save a few days of waiting... on the newly scheduled day of delivery - they did not send any information or tracking for it whatsoever. When the day they verbally said it would ship by came, I called for delivery information only to be told it was just going on (had not gone out yet though!) and that I would recieve shipping info by the end of the day it was supposed to be here. No compensation or recourse and barely an apology offered. The best they could do was offer to cancel the order, which of course is no help at all. STAY AWAY FROM EFLOORS.

Best price for the flooring I needed. Arrived promptly and we'll packaged.
I needed this box of tiles for future use in case my floor gets worn or damaged. I had a hard time finding them in town here. I am very happy now that I have them, thanks!
Half the tiles were broken upon arrival. Turne an otherwise good experience into a letdown.
