Easy website to navigate and checkout
It took 15 days and many clerical errors with Customs errors to follow the delivery process. If it was me, I would have sent it via USPS in one of those bubble-pack envelopes, instead of an oversized box. The product arrived safe and sound, and because I assumed I would be ready to use this small tool in 2 or 3 weeks, I planned accordingly. Unfortunately UPS had to repeatedly have the package revised by Canada Customs about 6 times. Canada Post could have cleared it in one pass, not 6.
Since its a 'unique use' tool, made in Northern Europe, I doubt there would have been any Federal Duty to charge, but that is probably why UPS had so many contacts with our Canada Customs agency.

7 out of the 8 boards are broken, so actually this is useless to finish off the flooring project. The boards are broken across the short side with the long tab, like the bbox was dropped on its end.
You said sale but how do I know? No before prices listed and no price seen until it's in your cart.
