The initial phone call to customer service was pleasant and handled very professionally. Online ordering was a snap! However, when I received the email confirmaton, the delivery time mentioned was way longer than what I was told on the phone. I immediately called and spoke with the person that sent the email to clear up the discrepancy. She seemed unknowledgeable about what products were in stock and immediately available. Ultimately, she put me on hold and confirmed that the original delivery time of 3 days was correct.
Product color in photo looked a bit off, but ended up being correct based on the listing.

Searching for flooring and ordering samples was easy. Fast shipping. Unfortunately what samples did not work for me so no experience with shipping of product beyond samples.
The ordering process was easy. Talk to the office on the phone with questions. Flooring arrive in good shape. I have only opened 1 box I assume all will be good.
They delivered before well, I just need to do another room.

Tiles look beautiful. Even more beautiful than the photos online. One small chip on one tile, which Efloors will replace, according to customer service. Very happy with purchase.

Great price and shipping was pretty quick. Only complaint is lack of communication. I never received an email that my order was shipped until I called questioning when I would receive my order. I also had 1 damaged box which I called about immediately. I followed their instructions regarding getting a replacement but I have not received any communication if the replacement has been shipped?
So far, so good.
