It would have been great had they proactively provided info on the delay or updated on the order status, but when I did inquire, it was handled very well.

We ordered personalized matchbooks for our wedding. They arrived so quickly and are so cute! We love them and know they will be a great party favor!
I'm a wedding planner, and of course I care about my clients, and when my client ask for something I make sure to deliver it exactly. This is my 3rd time of ordering an item for an event and that item arrives after my event.And when I called to check on it last night they said its missing one part and its on back order! And I tried to explain to the customer service lady that I need my circle shape arch for my event she insist to send me the hexagon shape one instead with 25% off! And guess what with the discount will end up more than what I paid for my original order. And I kept saying I will honor my client request not what I have available, and when I told her it's time for me to switch supplier she said: their prices the lowest in the market! I told her I don't mind paying extra but honor my word and deliver my promise to my client. Now I have to rent the item, but this is the last time I will deal with efavormart. And by way they are not the cheapest in the market, maybe less a dollar or 2 than everybody else.
When I bought an ivory table covers they arrived yellow and they refused to send me a label to return and if I send it my self I will loose stocking fees which will make me loose shipping fees and stocking fees equal to more than half of what I paid.
Now, a new start with new supplier.

These masks are good quality and sell for a reasonable price. I just wish they were not made in China. I will be looking for masks made in the USA for my next order even if I have to pay more. It's time to bring back the production of anything having to do with the medical field here to the good ole USA. EFavorMart should source this product from American companies.
