I have been using your app since last sumer and love it. Easy to book. I definitely recommend it.
I tried booking on several platform in Nigeria but the payment couldn't go through. I remembered my experience with eDreams and decided to use it again. The payment went through so fast and the confirmation came less than the stipulated 24hrs.

Easy to book price good should of booked 2 weeks ago wheen the price was 50.00 for a ticket.

Prime subscription was compulsory to complete the transaction, and the only available cancellation option (a phone number) was not answered after 40 minutes. I consider this functionally equivalent to a scam - and this will presumably come as no news to you. I will be forced to pay the first instalment and will then be blocking you as a payee via my bank.
Generally happy. Only had one problem in my time being a member of eDreams, last year with accommodation in Amsterdam. Prices are usually very competitive.

You mention a total amount in the invoice and you deduct extra amount is not honest

I took the tickets with prime with flexible rate, for which I paid additional cost and luggage. When I needed changed the date, I received messages that I need to pay difference, then when I changed the date finally I found out that I don't have luggage anymore and I need to pay 44 pounds for 15kg. SO, now I have no luggage (which I paid for 32 euro additional). Also the prices in itinerary, prices in ticket and real do not correspond to each other, which makes everything even more confused.

Answer: Dont believe them. They are a scammer company and just tried to scam me out of my funds. Contact your Credit Card company and file a dispute. SDreams methodology is to frustrate you until you give up from wasting so much time and they get to keep our money. Your Credit Card issuer is on your side and will revers the charges
Answer: Yes I would like to participate in a class action law suit against this company who has no customer service or any way to get money back! I lost $5807 to this fraudulent company and want it back
Answer: I have the same issue. There is no help (from them) available. I gave up calling after three months... which I am sure most people do; they count on this. The savings is modest with their pricing; and hey charge for rescheduling. I rescheduled and after three months still have not received my new ticket. After many phone calls (the wait is VERY LONG to be connected to someone) I gave up; they count on you giving up. An expensive lesson - do not use them.
