I booked on what I thought was Jetstar's website, my debit card was charged for a membership I didn't authorise. Avoid eDreams at all costs..
I can't really describe my experience with e dreams because I haven't even been on my trip yet!
I will be almost 24 hr on my way to Kuala Lampur which is exhausting but I'm really excited about it.

1 start is way too high. We prepaid for a car. When we arrived at the Hertz in Phoenix they said they were closed. Meanwhile there was people in the lobby being helped. They refused to give me the car I already paid for and said I needed to contact edreams for a refund. No matter how hard I could never get ahold of a real person at edreams. The closest I got was to talk to a robot on their chat. I was trying everything to not have to file a dispute via my credit card company, but that is the route I had to go because edreams is an enightmare.

I was booked A flight from Brisbane to Sydney on 23/07/22. Four Hours before departure the airline emailed me that the flight is cancelled. The Jetstar sent refund for the flight via third party agent which is Edreams on the 24/07/22. Until now I didn't get muly refund, I called the airline they said that they already released the refund on the following day. I contacted Edreams but seems to be no hope, as they're trying everything to don't get my money back. To all the people in World, please avoid this company before it's too late. If you waste your money try not book any accommodation or flight ticket from this company. Also I will suggest that Edreams should change their company name into " E-nightmare".
I loose my hope to get my money back. They asking me a refund confirmation from the airline, which is the airline already advise them about the refund. The airline told me about the refund ID, but Edreams won't believe in me.

Do not waste your time buying anything from Edreams. They're executing a huge scam, you have no way of contacting them and they don't care about you and your travel plans after you pay them. I got a refund issued by the airlines directly and Edreams stole it and refused to refund the money back to me. They'll prevent you from getting your refund in case your traveling plan changes. They debit your card and use a different card to pay the airlines that way if the airline issue a refund it goes directly to their account and not yours and they'll ultimately refuse to refund you. It's a scam.
Answer: Dont believe them. They are a scammer company and just tried to scam me out of my funds. Contact your Credit Card company and file a dispute. SDreams methodology is to frustrate you until you give up from wasting so much time and they get to keep our money. Your Credit Card issuer is on your side and will revers the charges
Answer: Yes I would like to participate in a class action law suit against this company who has no customer service or any way to get money back! I lost $5807 to this fraudulent company and want it back
Answer: I have the same issue. There is no help (from them) available. I gave up calling after three months... which I am sure most people do; they count on this. The savings is modest with their pricing; and hey charge for rescheduling. I rescheduled and after three months still have not received my new ticket. After many phone calls (the wait is VERY LONG to be connected to someone) I gave up; they count on you giving up. An expensive lesson - do not use them.
