Buying the ticket was very fast and easy but to get the boarding pass was very hard as it was a 2 company operation, but ai got it after some trial and error for 3 hours, the worst part was when my luggage was missing at the brussels airport and still is missing, when I had all of my clothes inside it so now I'm in Belgium with just the clothes I had during the flight.

I found it very difficult and confusing to place my reservation for a trip from Prescott to LAX. Requests were made for additional i.d. documents such as passports for a local flight. All I should have needed was the driver's licenses for myself and my husband. I gave my GOES number and driver's licenses, but that is not what was requested. Then both of birthdates were inaccurate. I finally got the dates changed but the month and date are reversed. I don't know if that will be an issue when we actually fly.
Booking with eDreams was easy and quick. I will definitely be using them again.

The experience was good but I still have to collect my tickets after I receive them and complete the trip then I will be in a better position to rate my experience.

The worst experience of buying flight tickets. EVER. I almost couldn't make it to my sister's wedding because of eDreams. I bought flight tickets through eDreams 3 months before. They wouldn't contact you for any changes to the flight. When you find out the flight has been changed and you are not on the manifest AND can finally reach their customer service (if you are lucky after making tons of calls), they will tell you to contact the airline by yourself. Funny thing is, they will still send you boarding passes and reminder emails/texts of the WRONG date and time of the flight. In this case, you can't even make insurance claims. Seriously, why on earth should I buy tickets through eDreams if nobody follows up on my flight updates and when I need to make international calls to the headquarter of Swiss Airline by myself? I was lucky there were still seats left, but I had to take another flight of Lufthansa (arranged by Swiss Airline) and spent 30 hours instead of 15 originally for my trip. Thanks to eDreams, I finally understand what people say 'Can't feel your butt' feels like after the long-haul flight.
The overall experience is good but I need to know the baggage allowance, generally airlines allowed 2 baggage 23 kg each and one hand carry 10 kg. Please confirm how much baggage allow in my ticket.
They made a mistake that turned my trip to hell. I bought a tickets for turnaround trip through their services and on my back home for the last flight I wasn't on passengers list and my boarding was denied. I was forced to buy a new ticket, that costed 368.52€, for the next possible flight that was 30 hours later. So I had to spend the night at the airport feeling stressed more than ever! I contacted their customer service about this issue and they are acting stupid trying to refund only the ticket for my denied boarding of 90€, but I am requesting a refund of 368.52€ for the new tickets I had to buy in order to get home.
I received confirmation but not Boarding Card. This I was offered by the airline that listed a price slightly higher and made me uncomfortable as I thought I booked the flight twice. More so, when I went on your application and searched for a Boarding Card I received a reply that it will be available 6 hours before flight. Usually one can receive it 72 hours before. 6 hours before for a person without WIFI at home can pose a problem as there is a long train ride to the airport involved. Can you remedy that?

Answer: Dont believe them. They are a scammer company and just tried to scam me out of my funds. Contact your Credit Card company and file a dispute. SDreams methodology is to frustrate you until you give up from wasting so much time and they get to keep our money. Your Credit Card issuer is on your side and will revers the charges

Answer: I have the same issue. There is no help (from them) available. I gave up calling after three months... which I am sure most people do; they count on this. The savings is modest with their pricing; and hey charge for rescheduling. I rescheduled and after three months still have not received my new ticket. After many phone calls (the wait is VERY LONG to be connected to someone) I gave up; they count on you giving up. An expensive lesson - do not use them.
